Molybdenum Cadmium Red is an inorganic pigment containing lead molybdate, lead chromate and lead sulfate, which can be available in various varieties from orange to red. Its color is bright, its coloring power is higher than that of orange-chromium yellow, and its covering power and various main resistance indexes are very good. The density of molybdenum chromium red is 5.41~6.34g/cm3, oil absorption is 15.8%~40.0%, particle diameter is 0.1~1.0μm, strong covering power, excellent water resistance, excellent paraffin resistance, excellent solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkaline resistance in general. Molybdenum chromium red is widely used in paints, such as orange-red paint can be made. It can also be made with white anti-rust pigment similar to the appearance of molybdenum chrome red anti-rust paint.
