Superiority

Dark brown powder. Insoluble in water. Slightly soluble in xylene. It shows wine red color in concentrated sulfuric acid, and produces reddish brown flocculent precipitate after dilution. It appears reddish brown in insurance powder solution and yellowish brown in acidic solution. Used for dyeing cotton fibers and direct printing of cotton fabrics, with good level dyeing and medium affinity. It can also be used to dye viscose fiber, silk, and cotton blended fabrics. It can also be used to dye polyester-cotton blended fabrics and disperse dyes in the same bath using the hot-melt method.
