Superiority

Yellow powder, easily soluble in water, no change in color when 10% sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide is added to the aqueous solution. Easily soluble in ethanol, yellow in color. Easily soluble in acetone and ethylene glycol ether. Slightly soluble in benzene, insoluble in other organic solvents. It is yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid and has no change after dilution; it is yellow in concentrated nitric acid. When dyeing, the color will be redder when exposed to copper ions; darker when exposed to iron ions. It can be used to dye wool fabrics and silk in acetic acid bath, nylon in formic acid bath, and leather. It can also be made into a lake.
