This pigment gives dark blue-red color, PV-Fast Maroon HFT 01 has a specific surface area of 38m2/g. It is mainly used for coloring plastics and coatings, with light fastness of grade 8, and spells out brown color with iron oxide. It has excellent coloring strength (0.46% pigment concentration can reach 1/3 SD depth), heat resistance of 240℃ in PE, and light fastness of 6-7 grade in LDPE transparent type specimens; it is used in polyacrylonitrile stock coloring, light fastness of 7-8 grade; based on the excellent fastness, it can be used as high-grade automotive paint coloring.
