Superiority

This pigment is the first DPP variety put on the market in 1986, giving neutral red color, with excellent solvent resistance and light fastness up to grade 8. It is mainly used in automobile primer, its flocculation can be improved by adding additives, and it can be color-matched with C.I. pigment Red 170 which has stronger blue light but lower light fastness to reduce cost, and it can also be color-matched with quinacridone to give non-transparent blue red; it is also widely used in plastic (PVC, PS, polyolefin, etc.) coloring, and its heat resistance stability is 300℃/5min in HDPE (1/3SD). There are 18 kinds of commercial grades put on the market.
