Product Description:
Its the Two-component repairing material consist of modified resin and Phenol amine underwater curing agent.Mainly used in the emergency repair processing of various leakage,leakage working condition.
 

Usage: 

1.Surface treatment: Do the coarsening treatment around the parts of the temporarily stopping leakage,then clean it. 
 
2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=6:1 or volume ratio A:B=3.5:1,make A and B two components mix uniformly, and use it up within 30 minutes(operation time limit)
 
3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the leakage area or around it,other strengthening measures should be taken if necessary.
 
4.Curing: Initial curing is for 30 minutes at the temperature of 25 degree,it can be used 50 minutes later,fully curing is for 12 hours,when the temperature is below 15 degree,should prolong the curing time or take heating measures for curing.

Application: 

Repairing construction is in damp environment,even the water,used in emergency repairing 
and building leaking stoppage of pipeline,valves,tank in the damp environment or underwater working.  
Package: Two-component,25Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.
