Product Description:
CL811 high strength structural adhesive is consist of high performance modified toughening resin and so on.It can effectively achieve the connection between the same materials and dissimilar materials,partial replace riveting,welding,threaded connections and other traditional process.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment: Grinding or sand blasting to clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend,clean it by cleaning agent(can use Anhydrous alcohol acetone, ethyl acetate, etc) and dry it by airing in the end.
        
2.Configure adhesive: Make A and B two component mix uniformly according to specified requirements, the mass ratio A:B=4:1
        
3.Using adhesive: Make the configured adhesives spread coating on the pending-bonding surface uniformly,then fold it and compress it to be compacted,avoid getting into the air in the middle. 
        
4.Curing:Initial curing for 4 hours at the room temperature,fully curing for 48 hours.
 When the temperature is below  15℃,need to heat it up to the temperature of 80℃ and keep this temperature for 2 hours after initial curing,then do the last curing,in this way,can get higher combination property.

Application: 

With a high bonding strength,used in the self-adhesion and each-adhesion along metal,
ceramic,engineering plastic and wood.Such as the bonding of machine tool lathe bed,all kinds of 
box body, big modulus gear fracture and so on.
Package: Two-component,25Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.

Storage: Sealed in dry, room temperature.
