Product Description:
CL920 wear resistant rubber repair epoxy compound is the two components,black paste,with good thixotropy,it is the elastic material after curing,with high strength,with strong bonding force to the substrates,abrasion resistant,water resistant,corrosion resistant and aging resistant.
It is suitable for the wear resistant repairing of various rubber products.
 

Usage: 

1.Surface treatment:do the coarsening treatment for the pending-repair parts,then clean it with cleaning agent,make sure that the surface should be clean,dry and coarse during construction.
 
2.The preparation:Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=4:1.
 
3.Coating:Make the mixed-well materials be coating on the pending-repair parts uniformly.
 
4.It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is below 0℃,should prolong the curing time then put it into using.

Application: 

Used for the wear abrasion resistant repairing of various rubber products.
Package: Two-component,25Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.

Storage: Sealed in dry, room temperature.
