Product Description:
The CaO-resistant binder for dedusting ash briquettes is composed of a blend of eco-friendly polymer materials. It is specifically designed for steel plant waste containing CaO, such as dedusting ash, baghouse dust, sludge, slag and sinter return fines. The active CaO in the dust expands 1.5 to 2.5 times its volume upon absorbing water, leading to the disintegration and pulverization of the briquettes during drying or air-drying. This binder contains calcium oxide-resistant components that inhibit the disintegration of the briquettes. It is the only Chinese patent for a calcium oxide-resistant binder for dedusting ash.
