Product Description:

RUISIL 3050B is a modified silicone oil,with quat functional groups and other traditional chemical

entities. RUISIL 3050B delivers a superior hydrophilic and voluminous hand to cotton and its blend. Since the amino group is closed by side groups, RUISIL 3050B have no effect on the degree of white in a softener formulation. As a rule, no adverse effect on the shade or color fastness properties of colored goods is observed. It is extreme stable in textile finish process, even the solution exists residual alkali.  

Application:

1. As a textile auxiliary agent, RuiSil 3050B can be used for 100%cotton, polyester/cotton blends, nonwovens and knits, especially for high water-holding requirement terry cloth .
2. RUISIL 3050B should be pre-diluted with water before applied, no additional emulsifying is required. It has extreme stability in a wide pH range, high temperature or high concentrations of salts. Also, it will not stick to rollers. As a result, RUISIL 3050B can be used in special conditions.
3. For textile finish process, RUISIL 3050B can be applied by padding and impregnation finishing. Because of its cationic structure, it has limited compatibility with anionic auxiliaries. Compatibility tests should be carried out before it is used together with other chemicals.
