Product Description:

It is a fully synthetic lubricant that includes alkanol, hydrocarbon chains, acyl groups and polyethers in its molecular structure. The unique molecular structure of this product makes it overcome the defects of conventional polyether ester, such as easy degradation and whitening, so that it can not only replace polyether as the main lubricant in the total synthesis scheme, but also is very suitable to cooperate with low turbidity point polyether to enhance the lubrication performance.

Genifol 1078 has the characteristics of low odor, direct water solubility, and compatibility with cationic settler, making it suitable for conventional cutting processes, but also suitable for grinding processes.

Application: 

It is a fully synthetic lubricant with high efficiency and low foam. It is widely used in water-based cutting fluid and synthetic metal working fluid. It is transparent to slightly turbidized liquid at room temperature, and has good mutual solubility with various ionic and non-ionic surfactants, and has good stability in the presence of acids, bases and salts.
