Product Description:
White monoclinic crystalline particles or powders. Melting point 63℃. Soluble in acid, alkali and glycerin, slightly soluble in water, the solution is alkaline (pHl0 ~ 11), the aqueous solution is unstable, and it is easy to release reactive oxygen species. In cold and dry air, sodium perborate with higher purity is more stable. Decomposes at 40 ° C or in humid air and releases oxygen. At 63℃, it dissolves in its own crystal water and decomposes, and forms a viscous solid block. Above 70℃, three crystalline waters are lost to form a monohydrate. It is easy to decompose at high temperature and in the presence of free alkali. It reacts with dilute acid to produce hydrogen peroxide. When treated with concentrated sulfuric acid, oxygen and ozone are released. It is also easily decomposed by other substances such as lead oxide, manganese dioxide, potassium permanganate, silver nitrate, copper oxide, cobalt oxide and platinum black.

Application: 

Commonly used as an oxidizer of Yindanshilin dye color, bleaching and degreasing of original cloth, used as a disinfectant and fungicide in medicine, and can also be used as a mordant, detergent additives, deodorants, additives of electroplating solution, analytical reagents, organic synthesis polymerization agents, and toothpaste, cosmetics and so on.
