Aminopyralid is a synthetic hormone herbicide (plant growth regulator) that is rapidly absorbed through plant leaves and roots and induces parabiosis (e.g., stimulation of cell elongation and senescence, especially in the meristematic zone) in sensitive plants, ultimately leading to stagnation of plant growth and rapid death.

Application:

Aminopyralid is a new herbicide of pyridine carboxylic acid, widely used for weed control in mountain, grassland, plantation and non-cultivated land, and is now being researched and developed for weed control in oilseed rape and cereal crop fields.
