Photoinitiator 819 has good photoactivity and thermal stability, and is mainly used as an active diluent for UV and visible light curing of unsaturated prepolymers in combination with single or multi-functional vinyl monomers and oligomers.

Application:

1. UV curable varnish and paint systems, such as those used for wood, paper, metal, plastic, fiber optics, as well as printing inks and pre impregnated systems.
2. It can also be used for colored UV cured plastic coatings. UV coatings are widely used on plastic shells of various electronic and household appliances due to their excellent performance and efficient production.
