Product Description:
It belongs to a new type of disilane, that is, there are two silane structures in the same molecular structure. There are six alkoxy groups on one molecule that can be hydrolyzed, which is twice the number of common silane coupling agents. They can symmetrically combine with the hydroxyl groups on the surface of inorganic materials to form a regular and ordered surface structure. Therefore, a higher crosslinking density can be formed on the surface of inorganic materials. Meanwhile, the silanol formed after the hydrolysis of this product is more acidic than that formed by ordinary silane coupling agents. Therefore, it can form a stronger covalent bond with the hydroxyl groups on the surface of metals and inorganic materials, and is less prone to hydrolysis.

Application: 

An environmentally friendly surface treatment solution free of phosphorus and heavy metals, replacing traditional phosphating and passivation processes.

2.Crosslinking agents in adhesives and sealants provide moisture curing function and enhance the adhesion to the substrate. Usage method and recommended dosage: Generally, it is used after co-hydrolysis and condensation with other silane coupling agents. It can also be added or mixed after hydrolysis alone. If used as a crosslinking agent, the dosage is 1 to 5%, and when used as other additives, it can reach 20%.
