Product Description:
Heptadecyl trimethoxysilane, which hydrolyzes faster and more efficiently than ethoxysilane. After hydrolysis, low molecular alcohol is released, and the resulting active silanol can chemically bond with hydroxyl, carboxy and oxygen-containing groups in many inorganic and organic substrates to form a self-assembled monomolecular fluorosilicon film on the surface of inorganic substances. The treated substrate has extremely low surface energy and poor wettability, and has excellent hydrophobic, oleophobic and antifouling properties.

Application: 

1.Coating for electronic products;

2. For the self-cleaning of glass and other products, the low refractive index of fluorosilane can make the substrate prevent the effect of light reflection;

3. Hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment of surfaces such as glass or fiber.

4. Used to prepare wear-resistant super wet nylon surface.

5. Used as an additive to increase the hydrophobicity of the surface of the carbon nanotube structure.
