Product Description:
It’s the thermal heat conductivity structural adhesive which taken advantage of the atomic and molecular structures feature in terms of heat conduction and the bonding performance of inorganic material to do the effective optimization, recombination and configuration.

Usage:

1.Should keep the pending-bonding surface be clean and dry before bonding.
 
2.This adhesive is the double components adhesive,make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the mass ratio A:B=4:1
 
3.Make the mixed-uniform adhesive be coating on the pending-bonding surface.
 
4.Curing for 2 hours at room temperature after smearing the adhesive,then heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,and then heat it up to the temperature of 150 degree to 350 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours.

Application: 

Widely used in bonding among needing thermal heat conduction parts in the military industry,high-tech products.Such as applied to hot electron device,pyroelectric sensor,new type power supply,electronic equipment,thermal measurement,refrigeration equipment etc.
