Product Description:
White semi-fluid two components epoxy,economic type,temperature resistant is 150 deg C,used for bonding of abrasion resistant ceramic lining plate in general working conditons.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment:Grinding or sand blasting to clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend, clean it by cleaning agent in the end.
 
2.The preparation of bonding agent:Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to weight ratio A:B=1:1
 
3.Using bonding agents:Make well-mixed adhesive be coating on the surface of adherend uniformly.
 
4.Curing: It can be put into use after curing for 24 hours at room temperature 25 deg C(25C 24 hours full cured),if you could heat it up to the temperature of 60 deg C and keep this temperature for 2 hours to do post curing,in this way,it can achieve higher comprehensive performance(it can improve 30%)
 
5.The well-mixed bonding agent should be used up within the specified operation time limit.

Ceramic tile bonding installation trowelable epoxy compound.
Package: Two-component,packed in a plastic drum,part A: 15Kg/drum,part B: 15Kg/drum, or part A:20Kg/drum part B: 20Kg/drum.
