CL236 low temperature fast curing anti wearing compound abrasion resistant coating is the high performance wear resistant,corrosion resistant polymeric ceramic material which compounded by high performance abrasion resistant ceramic particle,modified toughening resin and low temperature fast speed curing agent.Used in repairing various erosive wear work piece or the preparation of abrasion wearing resistant protective coating when the construction temperature is low.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Preparation:According to weight ratio or volume ratio A:B=3 : 1, make A and B two components mix uniformly,and use it up within 10 min at the temperature of 25 degree.Generally it’s while construction and configuration.Every time the most configuration quantity is not more than 1Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has solidified and can’t be used. According to the actual temperature,configuration can be properly a little more in winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.

3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of CL236 fast curing low temperature wearing abrasion resistant coating is 3-15mm, the most thickness can be 20mm.Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size.If the surface has high requirements,can make CL426 corrosion resistant repair compound be coating on the surface as the topcoat,this material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 1.5 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,(If you can heat it up to the temperature of 60- 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours, in this way,can improve 30% comprehensive performance) it will take 24 hours to cure for this material at the temperature of 0-10 degree.If the temperature is below 10 degree,for using the equipment in a hurry,should heat it up to promote the curing.General construction in winter,can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with40cm distance from the coating.

Application: Used in repairing various erosive wear workpiece or the preparation of abrasion wearing resistant protective coating when the construction temperature is low.
