Product Description:
This product is a two components epoxy chemical resistant polymer coating with strong permeability resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and various organic solvents resistance,high surface hardness and good compactness,which can withstand the long-term rolling of forklifts and automobiles.It is suitable for the preparation of corrosion resistant coating on the ground and walls of electroplating factory, battery factory, chemical factory,pharmaceutical factory,electrolytic tank and acid and alkali neutralizing tank etc.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment: clean the surface of the original floor,use the grinding miller to carry out a comprehensive grinding,so that the damaged,sand-raising, cracking,empty drum parts are completely exposed and polished to the dense substrate,repair the defective parts to be flat.The surface of the treated floor shall be flat,compact and dry,without greasy dirt and loose & fragile particles.
 
2. Preparation: accurately weigh out the right amount of A and B components according to the specified weight ratio,and stir them thoroughly to mix them evenly.The prepared material should be used up within the specified operating time limit(that is, before the material starts to become sticky, and the material after becoming sticky and hard can’t be used again)
 
3. Coating: make the uniform mixing materials be brush coating,rolling coating or blade coating on the surface of the floor with trowel,should pay attention to controlling coating thickness.
 
4. Curing: It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at room temperature 25℃.

Application: 

It is suitable for the preparation of corrosion resistant coating on the ground and walls of electroplating factory, battery factory, chemical factory, pharmaceutical factory,electrolytic tank and acid and alkali neutralizing tank etc.
