Product Description:
The CL408 flakes anti corrosion abrasion resistant coatings compounded by various high performance corrosion resistant materials,glass flake and modified toughening resin to give rise to the co-polymerization to form the interpenetrating network structure and generate the synergistic effect. In this way, it effectively improves the corrosion resistant of polymers. It is widely used in preparation of the corrosion resistant coating for the surface of machine parts of suffering from the corrosion under 100 degree. This product doesn’t contain any organic solvent,and the curing has no any microcosmic pores. it can effectively avoid the medium immersing through solvent evaporation pores to cause under-film corrosion.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment: Sand blasting or grinding&coarsening the surface of the machine parts with angle grinder, and then clean it with the cleaning agent to remove the dust, greasy dirt and moisture on the substrate surface,make the surface present the clean and fresh substrate.
 
2.Priming: Fill up and dense the air holes, the pitted faces and the grooves on the working surface with the corrosion resistant daub, and then make the mixing uniformly CL407 anti corrosion wear resistant epoxy coating brush coating on the bottom layer as the undercoat
 
3.Coating(CL408)：After the bottom layer of CL407 corrosion resistant wear resistant coating initial curing,then make the mixing uniformly CL408 scale anti wear corrosion resistant repair coatings scrape coating on the undercoat in one direction and layer by layer.The next scale corrosion resistant adhesive layer cannot be scraped until the last one has initial cured. 
 
4.Topcoat: After the last layer of CL408 corrosion resistant coating initial curing, and then brush coating it with the CL407 anti abrasion corrosion resistant epoxy coating as the surface layer.
 
5.Curing: it can be put into using to cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25-30 degree.It can’t be cured fully,if the temperature is below 15 degree,should heat it up (bake with the iodine-tungsten lamp or heat with electric hair dryer) to the temperature of 60-80 degree,then keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the adhesive layer curing fully.
