Product Description:
 CL426 desulfurization slurry circulating pump corrosion protective coating excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
 With good performance in erosion resistant,cavitation resistant and impact resistant
 Impact resistant,with very high bonding strength to the metal.
 Without shrinkage after curing.
 

Usage:

1. Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair surface,then clean it by cleaning agent.
 2. Configure:According to the mass ratio A:B=5:1 or volume ratio A:B=3.5:1,make A and B two component mix uniformly,then use it up within specified operation time limit.
 3. Coating:Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it fully infiltrates with the substrates.If the next process needing machining,should set apart proper working allowance.
 4. Curing:Cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 20～25℃ before putting into using,if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.

Application: CL426 desulfurization slurry circulating pump corrosion protective coating can excellent acid and alkaline.  Used in the large areas corrosion resistant protecting of the equipment.
