Product Description:
It’s the Two-component repairing material consist of the second generation modified acrylic resin and curing agent,mainly used in oil leakage,leakage repairing of transformer, fuel tank, oil tank, oil pipe and other equipment.
 

Usage:

1.Surface treatment:Do the coarsening treatment and clean it on the pending-repair surface.

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=1:1 or volume ratio A:B=1:1,make A and B two components mix uniformly,then use it immediately.

3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area and be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.

4. Curing: Cure for 20 minutes at the temperature of 20～25 degree before using,if the temperature is low,can heat it up or prolong the curing time to promote the curing.
