Product Description:
CL701 pourable anti abrasion wear resistant coating is the high performance wear resistant,corrosion resistant material which compounded by the highperformance abrasion resistant materials like silicon carbide,first class corundum etc.And modified toughening resin.Used in the pouring fashioned abrasion resistant workpiece.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Configuration:Heat the A component up to the temperature of about 80 degree,then pour the B component into it according to the weight ratio 100:5 and mix them uniformly,and use it up within 15 min.Generally while it’s construction and configuration,every time the largest configuration quantity is not more than 10 kilograms,in order to avoiding partial adhesive freezing and can’t be used before it hasn’t been used up.

3.Pouring: Make the mixed-uniform CL701 abrasion resistant material pour into the cavity of fashioned molding or the gap of the workpiece.

4.Curing:it can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,or it can be put into using after curing for 4 hours at the temperature of 80 degree.

Used in the pouring fashioned abrasion resistant workpiece.
