CL707K fast curing wear resistant small ceramic particles coating is the high performance wear&corrosion resistant polymerization ceramic materials compounded by high performance wear resistant ceramic particles and modified toughening heat resistant resin.Its widely used in repairing of various wear-out parts and preparation of wear&corrosion resistant coating on the surface of various machine parts which have wear&corrosion resistant requirements.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,
the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
 
2.Preparation:According to weight ratio or volume ratio 4:1, make A and B two components mix uniformly,and use it up within 20 min.Generally it’s while construction and configuration. Every time the most configuration quantity is not more than 1Kg, too much adhesive solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has  solidified and can’t be used. According to the actual temperature,configuration can be appropriately a little more in winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,you can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of CL707K is 3-8mm,the most thickness can be 30mm.Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer, the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating spreading in the suitable size.If the surface has high requirements,you can use CL426 corrosion resistant repairing agent to coat on the surface as the topcoat,this material can’t do machining,so you should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
 
Curing: Cure for 2 hours at the temperature of 25 degree before using,(If you can heat it up to the temperature of 60-80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours, in this way,can improve 30% comprehensive performance) If the temperature is below 10 degree,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing. General construction in winter, you can use iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating.

Application: Widely used in repairing of various wear-out parts and preparation of wear resistant protection coating on the surface of various parts which have wear&corrosion resistant requirements.
Such as:the repairing and preprotecting of Pipe, elbow, mud pump, pumping sand pump,
centrifuge, packing boxes, power plant desulfurization system slurry circulating pump body, 
impeller and so on.
