Product Description:
1.It can be used separately,or used it matching with the prime coat,with strong bonding force to the cement concrete.
 
2.It can be operated on the humid surface or facade,doesn’t flow.
 
3.It can be roller coating,blade coating operation,easily forming,the construction is convenient,it can achieve the seamless coverage of the hydraulic engineering scour parts.
 
4.Suitable for the repairing and the whole protecting of the hydraulic engineering scour part based on the working condition which has higher abrasion resistant,anti-scour resistant requirements.

Usage:

1.Surface treatment: Clean up the soot formation and dirt etc.other impurities from the surface of the hydraulic engineering building,and do the polishing until to expose the solid concrete substrate.Clean it and dry it by the airing.
 
2.Apply the CL4261 reinforcement prime coat: Make A and B two components of CL4261 special prime coating mix uniformly according to weight ratio A:B=3:1,and brush coating it on the surface of the concrete which passed polishing treatment,let the prime coat infiltrate into the concrete to do the reinforcement for the concrete.
 
3.Preparation: Make the A and B two components of CL7082 anti-scour erosion abrasion resistant coating mix uniformly according to the specified weight ratio A:B=4:1,and use it up within 30 min
 
4.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of CL7082 is 3-15mm,make the well mixed materials be coating on the surface of the prime coat uniformly,the coating should be compacted,should repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is in the required size.
 
5.Curing condition:It can be put into using after curing for 72 hours.

Application: 

Used for the local repairing and whole protecting of the hydraulic engineering scour part based on the working condition which has high abrasion resistant,anti-scour erosion resistant,such as: sand sluicing hole,rapid flood passage and power tunnel etc.

Package: Two components,20Kg/set,packed in a plastic drum, A component: 16Kg/drum, B component: 4Kg/drum.
