Product Description:
This product is high performance abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant polymeric material which compounded by large crystalline silicon carbide and modified toughened heterocycle resin.It is mainly used for the repair and pre-protect of the shell, guard plate, impeller and agitator blade of power plant slurry circulating pump, such as desulfurization pump etc.

Usage:

1. Surface treatment: clear up the pending-repair parts,expose the fresh substrate,do the roughing treatment for the fresh substrate,the treated surface should be a dry, rough, clean surface.
 
2. Using prime coat: The special prime coat (need to be purchased separately, please refer to the instructions for the use of the prime coat) is mixed evenly and coated on the surface of the parts to be repaired in proportion. The thinner the prime coat is,the better.
 
3. Preparation: accurately weigh out the right amount of A and B components according to the proportion required by product labeling, and stir them thoroughly to mix them evenly.The prepared material should be used up within the specified operating time (that is, before the material starts to become sticky, and the material after becoming sticky and hard can’t be used again)
 
4. Coating: The suitable coating thickness of this product is 2 to 10mm, and each layer can be coated up to 15mm at most. If the workpiece design requires a thickness of more than 15mm,layered coating should be adopted for construction.
The surface layer should be repaired flat after the repair to the required size (this material can be processed mechanically,and can do rolling and grinding if there is any deviation).The repaired surface has color,degree of finish and other requirements,can brush coating the appropriate face glue/ topcoat (need to buy) on the wear resistant layer for modification.
 
5. Curing:It can be put into using under the light load after curing 24 hours at room temperature 25℃,when the ambient temperature is too low,heating or prolonging curing time should be used to complete the curing.
