Product Description:
Two-component,black viscous liquid,the highest temperature resistance is 150 degree.The curing is flexible,suitable for the self-adhesion and each-adhesion between rubber,leather,conveyor belt, metal, ceramics and wood,also used in the paste of wear resistant ceramic rubber lining under the high temperature working condition.The peel strength of rubber-rubber is 110N/2.5cm,the peel strength of metal-rubber is 28N/2.5cm.

Usage: 

1.Matting on the surface of rubber,polishing rough on the metal surface to reveal the fresh substrates,and clean it by cleaning agent(such as: ethyl acetate, acetone, alcohol, etc),dry it by airing.                 
 
2.After making main agent(A component) and curing agent(B component) mix uniformly according to ratio 10:1,use hair brush to brush coating on the surface of metal and rubber separately for twice.When the adhesive solution dry to have viscous force sense for the first time(use hand to touch like sticky inviscid),then brush coating for the second time,after the adhesive solution of the second time drying to have viscous force sense(use hand to touch like sticky inviscid),can make the rubber be bonding on the metal surface at this time,then compress it to be compacted
(generally knock it from the middle to all around with rubber hammer).Can’t do bank and forth movement after compaction.
 
3.Curing for 48 hours at the normal temperature can reach to the largest strength.
