CL804 rubber-metal adhesive is the polyether adhesive,compared with chloroprene rubber adhesive,it has the excellent water resistance,can be soaked in water for a long time after curing,specially used in the bonding of rubber materials and metal materials,also suitable for the self-adhesion and each-adhesion between rubber,leather,conveyor belt, metal, ceramics and wood.
 

Usage: 

1.Matting on the surface of rubber,grind on the metal surface to reveal the fresh substrates,
and clean it by cleaning agent and degrease solvent.
 
2.After making main agent(A component) and curing agent(B component) mix uniformly according to ratio 3:1,use hair brush or scraper to brush coating on the surface of metal and rubber separately for once,then make the rubber be bonding on the metal surface. Curing for 24 hours at the normal temperature can reach to the largest strength.

Application: 

Suitable for the self-adhesion and each-adhesion between rubber,leather,conveyor belt, metal, ceramics and wood,especially used in the bonding of rubber materials and metal materials.
