Laser Molded Solid Acrylic Resin CK-901 is a high molecular weight, high TG solid acrylic resin used for molding laser film information layers. It has a uniform molecular weight, minimal monomer residue, a glass transition temperature of up to 113°C at the TG point, a high softening point, and special performance parameters such as a molecular weight of over 200000. Due to the unique nature of the synthesized monomers and the complexity of the process, it has extremely high temperature resistance, alcohol resistance, good wear resistance, high hardness, excellent film-forming properties, and the formability of the molded laser information layer.
