Genifol 1801, a newly developed lubricant for total synthetic systems, is a high turbidity point water-soluble bubble-free modified polyether product with good lubricity and almost bubble-free properties.

Genifol 1801 has a strong hydrophilicity, and the cloud point is almost impossible to detect in boiling water, so it also has a very high resistance to hard water.

Genifol 1801 also has wettability, has certain cleaning properties and dispersion of inorganic powders, can be compatible with sedimentation agents (such as Busan77), especially suitable for all synthetic grinding fluid products such as black metal and glass grinding processes

Application: 

Genifol1801 is a fully synthetic lubricant with high efficiency and low foam. It is widely used in water-based cutting fluid and synthetic metal working fluid. It is transparent to slightly turbidized liquid at room temperature, and has good mutual solubility with various ionic and non-ionic surfactants, and has good stability in the presence of acids, bases and salts.
