Ceftiofur has a wide antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity, and has strong antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and some anaerobic bacteria, among which gram-positive bacteria are similar or weak to the first generation of cephalosporin, and has strong antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella and so on. It is suitable for respiratory tract and urinary tract infection caused by various sensitive bacteria, especially for preventing early death of chicken seedlings caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella bacterium, pseudomonas aerogonas, staphylococcus, etc., Escherichia coli yellow dysentery of 1-day-old piglets and wound infection caused by umbilical cord cutting, ear beating, tooth cutting, tail cutting, etc. As well as haemophilic Linobacillus Chemicalbook caused by swine infectious pleuropneumonia, bovine bronchopneumonia, etc., generally not suitable for the treatment of mastitis in cows and dairy sheep.
