Product Description:

Acid Violet 54 is mainly used as a dye and indicator. It is commonly used for dyeing and marking textiles, plastics, paints, inks, and reagents. Its color changes significantly, and it can also be used as a pH test strip.

Application:

1. Acid Violet 54 is suitable for dyeing loose wool, wool strips, and twisted yarns. Its color is rich and bright with a bluish tint, and it has good wet treatment fastness and felting properties, but poor light fastness (level 4).
2. It is also used for silk dyeing and direct printing of wool, silk, nylon, and viscose fiber fabrics.
3. Used for dyeing wool/viscose fabrics, it can be carried out in the same bath as direct dyes. After dyeing, treatment with a fixing agent can improve wet fastness. In addition to being used alone, it is also used for color matching.
