Physicochemical characteristics：White particles; Relative density: 0.8-1.0; Melting point: 40-46℃; soluble in water or in thin alkali, insoluble in alcohol or in acid. The solution is alkaline, very hygroscopic and deliquescet when exposed to the air. Very hygroscopic and deliquescet when exposed to the air. Strong solution has a corroding effect on textile and skin.
