Product Description:

Disperse Blue 183 is an important dispersed dye with excellent comprehensive firmness, light resistance, and sublimation resistance; Flat dyeing curve, high coloring rate and lifting power, bright color, suitable for dyeing ultrafine fibers. 

Application:

1. Disperse Blue 183 is used for dyeing and printing polyester fabrics, and is the main dye for co dyeing dark colors. It can be combined with Disperse Yellow SE-FL and Disperse Ruby SE-GFL to form the three primary colors, or dyed separately in blue.
2. It can also be used for dyeing triacetate fibers, with low dye uptake and not suitable for dyeing other fibers. High lifting force, suitable for dyeing extremely deep colors, high temperature and high pressure dyeing method is suitable for situations where the dye is light, the chromaticity, uniformity, and coverage are poor. Dyeing with melt method, high lifting power, used for polyester cotton blends, can be directly dyed or bath dyed in one step.
3. Suitable for polyester dyeing and ultra-fine printing. Except for triacetate fiber, it is not suitable for dyeing other fibers. Dyeing triacetate fiber has a low dyeing rate. Can be used for direct printing of polyester fabrics, and light colors can be used for discharge printing.
4. Disperse Blue 183 can be used as a thickener to increase the viscosity of dye solutions and prevent precipitation or precipitation of dye pigments during the dyeing process.
