It is a colorless and transparent liquid.

Application: 

It is an important intermediate of silane coupling agents, mainly used for the synthesis of various other silane coupling agents. It can be used as a rubber processing aid to couple inorganic fillers in various halogenated rubbers, such as chloroprene rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and other halogenated rubbers, to improve various physical and mechanical properties.
