Product Description:
Antioxidant 3114 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant with three functional groups, which is non-polluting and non-colored. Due to the high molecular weight and melting point, the volatility is very small, the migration is small, and the water extraction resistance is good, which can give the plastic excellent heat oxidation and light oxidation resistance. This product can be used in contact with food polyolefin products (can contact fatty and non-fatty food ). It is suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyester, nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, cellulose plastics and synthetic rubber, especially in polyolefin. The general dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.25%, and has a synergistic effect with ultraviolet absorbers or phosphite esters, which can further improve the photothermal stability.

Application:
It can prevent the polymer from aging due to heat and oxidation, and also has light resistance. Mainly used as an antioxidant for polypropylene, polyethylene, etc., both heat and light stabilization.
