Product Description:
It is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid. This product is a flammable liquid and corrosive. It will produce hydrogen bromide gas when exposed to moist air. This product is soluble in benzene, ether and tetrachloroethylene.

Application: 

It is widely used as a protective agent in organic synthesis, especially in drug synthesis. This product has a higher reactivity than trimethylchlorosilane and will cause the cracking of dialkyl phosphate esters to produce various phosphonic acids. It can be used for the synthesis of adefovir and for multiple De-protection of peptide synthesis.
