(R)-1- (1-naphthyl) ethylamine light yellow to brown transparent liquid, stable at room temperature and pressure, air sensitive; Insoluble in acids, oxidants, anhydrides, chloroformates, acyl chloride. Intermediate for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing Chemicalbook analysis, and also for the treatment of hypercalcemia in patients with parathyroid cancer.
