Product Description:

Barium Stearate CK-1211 is difficult to dissolve in water, insoluble in cold ethanol, soluble in hot ethanol, benzene, toluene, and other non-polar solvents. After heating and dissolving in organic solvents and cooling, it becomes a gel like substance. When it encounters strong acids, it decomposes into stearic acid and corresponding barium salts, and is easily hygroscopic in air.

Application:

1. Can be used as a high-temperature lubricant for machines and a high-temperature additive for rubber products.
2. Can be used as a heat stabilizer and lubricant for polyvinyl chloride products, with the best long-term heat resistance among all alkaline earth metal stearates.
3. Can be used as a waterproofing agent, lubricant, and bearing lining material.
4. Can be used for processing soft transparent films, thin sheets, synthetic leather, as well as hard boards, pipes, and other products.
