Buprofezin Insecticide 40%SC (or 40 SC or 400G/L SC) is a suspension concentrate formulation. It contains 40% (or 400 grams per liter) of buprofezin as the active ingredient. Buprofezin is a systemic insecticide with a broad spectrum of activity. It is effective against a variety of sucking pests like whiteflies, aphids, and scale insects. The suspension concentrate form ensures its stability and ease of dilution and spraying. It works by inhibiting the formation of chitin, which is essential for the growth and development of insect exoskeletons. This leads to abnormal molting and ultimately the death of the pests. It is widely used in agricultural and horticultural settings to protect crops such as rice, vegetables, and fruits from pest damage, thereby enhancing crop yields and quality.

Application: 

1.Buprofezin has a strong contact killing effect on pests, is also gastric poisoning, and has strong poisoning ability against young nymphs.

2.Buprofezin is a selective insecticide that inhibits the growth and development of insects and is highly selective against pests.

3.Buprofezin has a slow action, so it should be applied at the early stage of pest occurrence and when the density is low.

4.Buprofezin has no cross-resistance with mainstream neonicotinoid insecticides and pyrethroid insecticides. It can be compounded with imidacloprid, nitenpyram, beta-cyhalothrin, bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, pymetrozine, etc.
