Reactive Orange 5 is a synthetic organic dye with a strong red to orange color. It can dissolve in water, appearing red under acidic pH conditions and orange under alkaline pH conditions. This dye has good light and wash resistance, and is not easily faded. Commonly used in the dye industry and fiber dyeing.

Application:

1. In the textile industry, Reactive Orange 5 is commonly used for dyeing cotton, silk, linen, and blended fabrics. It can be used at low temperatures while having high staining rate and uniformity.
2. Reactive Orange 5 is also used for manufacturing dyed paper and fabric printing.
