Product Description:
Citronella oil is also known as male parva oil, vanilla oil. It is an essential oil obtained from citronella or lemongrass by steam distillation. Light yellow to light brown yellow clarified flowing liquid, with a characteristic aroma similar to citronellal, Ceylon type oil aroma is coarse and poor. Insoluble in glycerol and propylene glycol, soluble in most volatile oils, mineral oils and ethanol. Java type oil: relative density 0.880 ~ 0.895(20/20℃), refractive index 1.466-1.473. Ceylon type oil: relative density 0.894 ~ 0.910(20/20℃), refractive index 1.479-1.487. The main component is citronellal (35% ~ 45% Javanese type; Ceylon type up to 5% ~ 16%), geranyl (Java type up to 85%; Ceylon type up to 60%), there are citronellol, citral, eugenol, vanillin, eugenol terpene, butanedione, benzaldehyde, methyl heptenone, juniper terpene, isovaleraldehyde, citronolin and its ester.

2.Used for laundry soap, hand-made soap detergent, floor wax, cleaning agent, mosquito repellent, insecticide
